Luxurious 4 bedroom villa with pool and separate heated jacuzzi/hot tub, located almost opposite the rock tombs.

Comprising 4 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, two with king size bed and two twin rooms.

Three are on the first floor opening onto a balcony giving superb views of the rock tombs opposite. One bedroom is on the ground floor with access to the terrace via the double doors. All doors are wide to enable wheelchair access and there are ramps from the garden, terrace and pool area.

The remainder of the ground floor is arranged as an open plan lounge area with two large sofas with a hand carved fireplace (flat screen satellite TV, etc). There is a fully fitted kitchen with all usual mod cons (dishwasher, microwave, 4 ring hob, full oven, etc). There is a further 'family' bathroom and a utility area with washing machine.

The villa has full air conditioning throughout and is fitted out to the highest standards.

Externally there is a pool with a separate heated jacuzzi/hot tub, a large terrace area with table and chairs for eight as well as eight sunbeds. There is also a 'kirsch', built in BBQ with food preparation area and sink unit and pool side shower.

The villa is located in a quiet area of Dalyan approximately 10 mins and easy walk from the town centre.
